I love how this tree's roots ..uprooted by wind..looks like a Star Anis Seed This guy was on the tippy top of our bedbroom window on the second floor. The first praying mantis I've seen this year. This little American Goldfinch flew into the window todayso off I went to rescue it. It lookeda little stunned but not too bad.
