A few weeks ago, Rich and I went into the Singing Woods.
We found this and some bones we left behind.
I love this... I wonder if coyotes got it.

Today I heard something cry by our side yard..it was a little fawn,
no other deer near it. I called it and it came running then
just stopped and watched my friend Cindy and me.
No parents in sight just a very young fawn. Still
had wobbly legs. I didn't get a picture, but I know
God blessed Cindy and me with the fawn visit

Hi, Deena, How sweet to see the tiny little fawn. I'm pretty sure that mom should be back for it. God did bless you with that.

If you didn't get a chance to read my post for yesterday, you might want to take a look - it's about nature. Have a sweet evening. Blessings, Diane

How neat to find those antlers in one piece in the woods! And to then get a visit by a fawn... lucky you! Have a blessed day Deena!

That is a very nice set of antlers. How sweet to see that fawn. I just hope it has a mom and it will be okay. We always worry about the little ones. I hear the fox pups crying in the woods at night and hope they aren't hurt. I hate the sound. Take care Deena. Hugs.
