Baby Birds are Everywhere

Babe can fly, but not ready to get it's own food yet.

Hi Deena, We have Red-bellied woodpeckers also---but I haven't seen any of their babies. TOO cute!!!!!

How wonderful! You are lucky, Woodpeckers do visit gardens over here but I have never seen one in mine, maybe one day...

I have red bellied woodpeckers here.......they say they are not usually in VT but I've been seeing them for 3 years now. I Love watching them...and they are very vocal.

Awww! How cute!! I don't see many Woodpeckers but I hear them in the woods at times. I love to watch them climb up the tree trunks and down. Neat little birds. Wish I'd see that Pileated..He stays back in the woods. I hear the Flickers out back but can't see them either. I got lots of baby BlueJays here right now.

Wow! I love birds so much. We get sparrows, blackbirds and Robins in our garden. We used to get thrushes but they have been gone a while. Oh, we also get Wood Pigeons and Collared Doves adn in the woods by me we have Owls, Sparrow Hawks, Jays plus others I cant remember the names for. They are wonderful

Beautiful photos, Deena. We have lots of baby birds here as well. I saw a juvenile mockingbird yesterday. Yes, we do have them in Ontario, though they are a recent arrival.
