A New Friend and Signs of Spring

Our new friend, Mr. Redheaded Woodpecker
He has been a once or twice a year visitor before,
now he hangs around the yard and chases the
Red Belly Woodpeckers off.. WAAAHH
I want them both.

Just a bright Mr. Cardinal

This is what the Nuthatches like to do to the evergreens.
I love the patterns.

I planted new bulbs last Autumn and here they come!!!
Yes Virginia , there is a Santa.
