OOps..forgot some pics from the Wildlife Park

This BobCat just wanted a nap.
BobCats were confirmed in the Singing Woods in
the early 1990's ..but I wonder if they are still around.

A turkey vulture, we see these all the time, an amazing clean up bird.
They hunt food by sense of smell. You should see their nostrils.

We have Great Horned Owls in our woods & we have seen
them flying near dusk.

Even the bears were out.

The cougars were resting.

Waiting to be fed.

Wow! You guys have quite a variety of animals in your area! Where we live it's mostly a wide array of bugs:)

Deena, the State Park has quite the variety of animals to show. Your pictures are wonderful. The one with the Bob cat is so pretty and natural. Thank you for sharing and God bless.

What a beautiful blog you have! I love your photographs.

I had a question about the Bob Cat photo: the cat seems to have something red on its stomach and it's face looks wet and dark. Was it hurt by any chance? Just wondering.
