Show & Tell Friday~~Flutters of Singing Woods
I try to have my camera handy, as I can always find something lovely to photograph in my little Nestle in the Singing Woods
A Red Admiral on the LiLacs
A Monarch on the LiLacs
Tiger Swallow Tail on Purple Coneflower (above) & Liatrus (below)
A close encounter with a WASP, we have alot of them here, which is good, as
the Summer Tanagers love to eat them.
Giant Swallowtail on the Zinnia's
That's it for this week, hope you've found a bit of joy viewing as I have found sharing my flutters with you!
Thanks to Kelli for hosting Show & Tell Friday
fondly, Deena

These are FANTASTIC pictures!! You have such a variety of big beautiful butterflies where you live - and HOW IN THE WORLD did you get that hummingbird to sit in your hand? What a funny kind of wasp - what kind is he, do you know? Did you know that I just read that most wasps are solitary, and like to eat caterpillars? Something new everyday, isn't it. I love it when you take me on a nature walk with you. Those are my favorite things.
Wow! Deena, your photos are amazing! And the hummingbird in your hand!...you are the "hummingbird whisperer"! Just beautiful, thanks for sharing.
