I  have always loved this picture. When Rich's mom passed away

I was lucky to be the one who now owns it!!!

It is a WONDERFUL manger picture, no glass, rustic wood frame

and  just the spirit of Christmas

& it called me to get out & get a few pics.

I tried to make the un~shuttered and not

yet painted shutters invisible...

so here they are..

This shrub is always full of birds , waiting for a turn to eat 

at the feeders..lots more than you can see here.

That guy on the left is a Tufted Titmouse, getting some peanuts..I was hoping 

to get the lil Black Cap Chickadee, but I see he flew off!!

where the turkey are free to visit

and eat our acorns.

My favorite Corner of our yard in Autumn

Sure looks different now, but I'll be able to see deer back in the Singing Woods

now. I love them..I've even seen a coyote & a lil red fox back there.

I THINK this is the last of gifts from my dear friend Marcia.  Another treasure from her parents house. Given to me as a gift for helping Marcia pack a few things up to

take to her parents new Independent Living residence.

It is so lovely!!! I don't know much about it..but I do know I love it

and am honored to give it a home!!

1. My children were grown ..before I was diagnosed with breast cancer 

2.  I have a wonderful caring husband

3.  I have 6 healthy sweet grandsons

4. My home

5. The Singing Woods around me.

6. The daily visitors at my bird feeders, nuthatch, tufted titmouse, downy woodpeckers, hairy woodpeckers, sparrows, finches, chickadees, redbelly woodpeckers, mourning doves, blue jays  just to name some.

7. The Great Horned & Barred Owls who talk to me at night 

8. My two pets, a cat & dog

9. To be able to afford good health care.

10. My bestest friends

11. My new BLOG friends

12. To be able to be a Christian w/o fear.

13. God's Son

Ok, I AM spoiled my BFF, Marcia

brought lunch on Wednesday ..and she brought

this WONDERFUL wicker table..in just the best color .

I love the chippy paint on the wooden top!!

I tried to take pictures to show the details.

The wicker is perfectly weaved!! Tight and sturdy

tis another treasure for my Nestle .

A chilly butterfly

It's been chilly here..but the zinnias still have a few fleurs

& this little butterfly was out flying today.

I love nature!!

My best friend Marcia, is preparing her parents

home and treasures for an auction.

Her parents have moved in to assisted living.

She brought this to me to take a picture of

and use for show and tell..

It's lovely and not flat..a sort of shallow bowl

I took pictures of the marking on the bottom

but they didn't turn out.

Isn't he SWEET??

I just love him..He was on top of our Great Room window.

and then I found him another day down the sunroom.

We had to put Hannah in ..(our dog).. just to be sure

she didn't try to eat my friend.
